The room and bathroom had enough space and the furniture was new. The street was fine and the location good for my needs. The person in the Philippines dealing with my arrival was friendly.
The booking process has a lot of emails (some duplicate) and a lot of communication, some of which didn't look quite professional and I did wonder about whether it was legit. It was legit and the human on WhatsApp was great, but it took a lot of comms!
A bit of attention is needed to dusting and carpet cleaning. My bedside table and drinks tray were pretty dusty. The hot tap on the bath was loose and the bath panel is broken and taped.
I have raised these issues and asked for a reduction due to the cleanliness issues (I did send photos) and haven't had a quick response. A bit disappointed and would not go with Rave Stays again.
