Disgusting robbed us then tried to charge us for a cleaning bill when we hadn't even stayed there they robbed us disgusting

Very reasonable price and good location about 15 minutes from town centre and 30 minutes from Turf M

Clean room with hot shower and clean toilet. Room was very hot at first but much better later in the evening

The stay was quiet and the shared kitchen is a bit of a struggle but overall fine.

I liked the door locks, I liked the washing machine, I liked the room but not spacious as it seems.

We had paid extra to check i’m earlier and for the cleaner to come clean earlier. Only to have a “surface clean look” but there was spiders everywhere and spider webs. Additionally, the dustbins and surfaces were dusty and you could see no one cleaned it. The cleaning lady was 10 min late after our earlier check in. Overall pathetic service and for an extra £25. I did not like this. Additionally the heater on the wall leaked onto the floor and soaked the floor carpets and it took 2 days for the people to come look what is wrong. It was also pathetic.

Not recommended.

It was NOT ideal. no hot water as the ( power shower) did not work. The other tenants were extremely noisy. There was no house keeping done. My son actually wanted to leave earlier as he was not comfortable there. I asked the owner for partial refund, which he said would not be a issue, but the manager who is not even in the country, refused. So in short, I would not recommend this property to stay.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Hudson House provided comfortable and economic accommodation for our short stay in Burnley.

It was clean and comfortable in a quiet location with easy on street parking.

As we are elderly and not very agile the steep stairs to our first floor room were challenging as was the high step to the shower without a handle to hold onto.

It’s was ok for price a close to town.

Other guest were slamming door an loud music an I have to pay an additional £100 which u get Back If no damage but it’s a £50 room what if ur on a budget an can’t pay extra £100.

Great value for a short stop over.

Very detailed instructions on how to check in. On suite room with complementary tea & coffee and a working smart TV. Comfortable bed with clean sheets and plenty of space to unpack your clothes. Towels also provided with an iron, ironing board and hair drier.

Walls and fittings a bit grubby looking. Stairs are very steep and narrow and no sound proofing.

My daughter will not be going back there.

My daughter went to stay here for the weekend and on arrival, upon entering the room, the walls had dirty marks on them, the bed had stains and marks on the sheets, the plug socket was hanging off the wall,there was a hole in the wall. Over all it wasn’t the best for sure

Très petit et mal entretenu. Passable pour une nuit, seul.

Les hôtes et l'accessibilité à la chambre furent faciles. Les échanges et la communication était parfaite et très avenante.

La chambre était si petite qu'on s'y sent presque oppressé. Il n'y a pas de place pour poser un sac à dos, pas de penderie, on ne peut pas du tout sortir ses affaires et ses habits. Aucun rangement dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Il n'y avait qu'un produit de douche, qu'on ne savait pas si c'était du shampooing ou du savon. La douche était pas très pratique. Les tasses mises à disposition étaient sales, avec un cheveu retrouvé dans mon thé. Les meubles perdent leur papier peint. Il y avait des tâches d'usure sur le duvet.

Entrée facile et autonome, eau chaude rapidement

Des tâches de moisissures étaient présentes dans la douche, une tâche noir était également présente sur mon lit à mon arrivée. L'établissement dit avoir un service de nettoyage mais j'ai dû aspirer ma chambre à mon arrivée car ce n'était pas vraiment propre. La cuisine est équipée de taques de cuisson électrique vraiment salle, de poêle en téflon complète griffée et sale, d'un four sale également, d'une hotte qui n'as surmené pas été nettoyée depuis des mois et quelques ustensiles de cuisine mais pas assez équipé. D'autant plus que je n'ai pas eu la chambre que j'avais réservée, j'avais réservé une chambre à l'étage mais je me suis retrouvé avec une chambre au rez de chaussée vue sur rue qui était plus petite que l'autre chambre
