Took my money for nothing in return

My previous stay over 18 months ago where my bank card was accepted as valid ID

You took my money and didn't let me stay leaving me on the street in negative temperate weather.

Suitable all things considered but could be better with minimal cost and effort.

Was £3 in a taxi to the town center so good location. ...property was clean with a shared kitchen and bathroom between four rooms. Overall it was clean and practical. The only thing I would say is have some sort of print out in the room with the WiFi code on. And some local facilities such as taxis, take aways and even entertainment venues. Better quality pillow, the bed was very uncomfortable because the pillows where very flat. No TV or any facilities in rooms but there is a shared kitchen but tbh in a venue like that we would never use them facilities with strangers in the same property so would have preferred room facilities. Also finally the bathroom shower is right in front of the bathroom window. Though it's frosted glass women especially might find that a privacy concern. Good value for money, good location to the town and only 14 miles from pendle hill. Was clean and if you are comfortable sharing facilities then it's good. But personal preference would prefer kettle and tea making facilities in room with WiFi code. No complaints to make simply suggestions.
