Beautiful apartment, 2 bathrooms. Everything that you needed was provided even toiletries. Great air con perfect for the hot days. Very comfortable beds.

The accomodation is much nicer than it looks in the photos, and is very well equipped. Its location is amazing, close to restaurants, pubs, stores, main squares and tourist areas of Catania, bus stop for other cities of Sicily, absolutely everything. Very responsive staff, good communication. I would definitely come back if ever again in Catania.

We would suggest implementing self check-in, because it is a little stressful to be called and messaged every few minutes. We told the host we would be there "around 18:00"; since we were coming by bus, therefore subject to traffic, we arrived there at 18:20. Between 18:02 and 18:12, as we were heading towards the accomodation and I did not hear the phone, I was called 2 times (phone call and WhatsApp call), and had lots of messages on both Booking and WhatsApp letting us know that we were late and cannot be waited for longer than 30 min. We totally understand plans, however we were not even late when I was called the first time (i.e., at 18:02). And, anyway, "around 18:00" should be a little flexible... This kind of unpleasant situation for both the host and guests could be easily avoided with a little box downstairs and some written/video instructions, if deemed necessary. You should mind the use of hot water, there is a risk of running out if you take multiple or longer showers.
