We loved the location of the apartment, around 5 min walking distance from the main square and the most delicious ice cream in Catania. Spacious apartment, designed in modern style.
We didn’t get the same experience as other guests, who said they had great, personal service here. We never met the host or got the personal touch. We had to ask about stuff in the shop downstairs, because the host didn’t even pick up the phone. Not the best customer service experience.
