Absolutely amazing apartment in a beautiful location - so wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment is clean, comfortable, and incredibly spacious. The interior decor is wonderful. We haven't stayed in an apartment so nice before for this budget. It's also within walking distance from Lidl if you need a few supplies, and there are plenty of restaurants close by.

Only that we couldn't have stayed longer, and the pillows were too soft/thin.

Wonderful staying!

Such a wonderful appartement to enjoy Lago Maggiore! The property is located in a quiet area, just a five-minute walk from the lake. It's also within easy walking distance of the old towns of Verbania and Intra. There are supermarkets nearby, restaurants/bars and many free parking spots. This area maintains the Italian charm, not being as touristic as other villages around the lakes. The house was fully equipped: two wide terraces -south and north- with lake views, bedroom and livingroom with air conditioning, spacious bathroom, and a big, wonderful kitchen. Gino received us and showed us around the house, giving us useful information and recommendations of things to do in the area. He was really nice and attentive. More than fair relation quality-price!

Inolvidable, magnifica estancia.

Las vistas son maginificas con sus dos balcones, uno delante y otro detrás. El casero que nos dio las llaves, encantandor, el apartamento tiene de todo, tanto en la cocina como en el cuarto de baño, prestando atención a cada detalle, Se aprecia que está decorado con mimo y cuidado, con mucho estilo, una concina de ensueño que no le falta de nada. Uno se siente como en casa. Esta cerca de todo, del centro ciudad, del puerto, de supermercados. Plazas de parking disponibles gratuitas muy cerca. Recomendable 100%, en nuestro próximo viaje a Verbania volveremos aqui seguro. Muchas gracias a Gino por su amabilidad y disposición

Sehr schöne Apartment mit zwei Balkonen,Küche gut ausgestattet.Es ist alles gut vorbereitet für Ankunft.Vermieterin ist per WhatsApp gut erreichbar.Herr Gino wohnt in Haus und hat auf uns gewartet.Ihn kann man immer kontaktieren,wann man Hilfe benötigt.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wieder kommen🥰Palanza ist sehr schöne Ort zu genießen 🌺

Moderne Wohnung mit toller Aussicht, aber Baulärm in der Nachbarwohnung & defekte Klimaanlage

In der Wohnung gibt es an zwei Seiten Balkone, die eine tolle Aussicht auf den Lago Maggiore bieten. Auf einem Balkon kann man den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Wir haben jeden Abend lange draußen gesessen und die tolle Abendluft genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Küche ist topmodern und beim Kochen hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf die umliegenden Berge.

Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und da man wegen des Straßenlärms die Fenster nachts nicht geöffnet lassen konnte, war es nachts sehr warm (Temperaturen tagsüber > 30 Grad). Wir haben daher in den 3 Nächten, die wir in der Wohnung waren, leider kaum geschlafen. Außerdem wird aktuell die Nachbarwohnung renoviert. Ab 8 Uhr hört man Presslufthammer etc. Wir sind immer möglichst früh losgezogen und abends waren die Bauarbeiter dann zum Glück weg. Hätten wir vor der Buchung von der Baustelle gewusst, hätten wir die Wohnung auf keinen Fall gebucht. Die Vermieterin haben wir direkt nach der 1. Nacht über die defekte Klimaanlage informiert. Leider konnte während unseres Aufenthalts keine Lösung gefunden werden. Sie hat uns geschrieben, dass wir beim nächsten Aufenthalt eine Nacht gratis bekämen. Über eine kleine Wiedergutmachung für den jetzigen Aufenthalt hätten wir uns gefreut. So wird für uns ein weiterer Aufenthalt nicht in Frage kommen.

Boxspringbett: Die Matratze verrutscht leicht. Doppelbett: Jede Bewegung des Partners ist spürbar. Küchenausstattung könnte etwas vielfältiger sein, z. B. etwas mehr große Tassen, Müslischälchen...
