Good for a short trip.

Good quiet location. You can walk from the train station is you have just one piece of luggage. Are is very residential and safe. Air-conditioning is fine and I didn’t have any trouble in hot July. Very good host who is helpful and does not interfere.

Wish the toilet was attached to the bedroom. One has to walk downstairs to use it. It comes with a key and is only for your private use, but if you want to use it at night, you will have to leave your bedroom and walk down.

Très bien pour un weekend à Bologne

Notre séjour a été confortable, nous avons apprécié l'organisation et le calme de l'établissement et de la chambre. Nous recommandons pour celles et ceux qui apprécient les espaces partagés et l'esprit des auberges de jeunesse.

Des réparations par-ci par-là seraient nécessaires mais dans l'ensemble le séjour a été très plaisant et facile !

STANZA BELLISSIMA!

Una stanza bellissima vicino la stazione centrale di Bologna. La camera è bellissima, c'è un letto molto comodo e l'aria condizionata sempre funzionante. Il bagno è molto pulito e c'è la cucina per cucinare. E c'è anche la colazione! Tutto perfetto!!!

Wir lieben Bologna und nehmen dafür einiges in Kauf.

Die Lage des Zimmers war sehr gut. Die Gegend hat uns sehr gefallen. Es gab eine Caffeemaschine auf dem Zimmer und Saft im Küchenkühlschrank.

Leider war das Bad nur durch den kalten Hausflur einen Stock tiefer zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war einfach,aber ok. In der Nacht war es leider sehr laut.

Buchung mit Frühstück. Es existiert eine Küche zur Selbstversorgung. Ein kontinentales Frühstück, das man aufgrund der Buchungsinformationen erwarten konnte, gab es nicht. Schimmel in Dusche.

Na dvoudenní přespání blízko centra.

Skvělí majitelé počkali na mě s večerním příjezdem. Pokoj s balkónem. Společná kuchyňka byla zařízena, kávovar na kapsle, lednička, toustovač. Ke snídani základní potraviny v lednici, kde byl i džus. Koupelna společná ale prostorná.

Možná více ručníků k dispozici. Jinak spokojenost.

Muy buen lugar y buen anfitrión

La ubicación no está mal del todo. A unos 15/20min de la estación del tren y a un poco más el centro. El desayuno tiene variedad: café en cápsula, leche, zumo, yogurt, etc. aunque quizás algo de pan tostado o cereales no hubiera esta del todo mal. La habitación es grande, limpia y con A/C, que para días calurosos se agradece. La cocina está equipada con todo lo necesario para cocinar si no quieres comer fuera de la estancia. Cerca hay supermercado, paradas de bus y punto de bicicleta. La zona es silenciosa y el acceso a la habitación sencilla. Como anfitrión, te da toda la ayuda y las facilidades del mundo independientemente de la hora que llegues o quieras salir

Por poner un pero, los mosquitos, pero esto no depende de la estancia, si no de la ciudad en sí

Очень радушный хозяин. Как только я подошел к гостевому дому, он сразу же меня встретил, всё показал и объяснил. Номер просторный для одного человека, есть кондиционер, холодильник и столовая, где можно комфортно поесть.

Кондиционер был достаточно шумным. Общие туалет и душ - пришлось утром какое-то время подождать соседей утром. Тяжело добираться на общественном транспорте из-за такой себе транспортной системы Болоньи.

Sentirsi a casa

La stanza molto accogliente, letto molto comodo e zona silenziosa e vicina a fermate autobus. Il bagno riservato alla nostra stanza é spazioso e pulito. Area ristoro molto ben organizzata e con il necessario per la colazione.

Per questione di spazi strutturali, il bagno della camera era al piano terra e la stanza al primo piano: unica cosa un po' scomoda ma accettabile.

Una buona struttura

La posizione è perfetta per il Sequoie Music Park. Il quartiere mi è sembrato carino, tranquillo e silenzioso. L'host è stato gentile mettendo a disposizione latte e succo di frutta in frigo, oltre a merendine, biscotti e fette biscottate. Camere e bagni non sono situati sullo stesso piano ma se non ci sono difficoltà motorie non è un problema.

Avrei lasciato dell'acqua a disposizione degli ospiti, tanto più perché in zona non ho visto bar o supermercati, che comunque sarebbero stati chiusi in corrispondenza dell'orario di fine concerti al parco. La struttura è pulita ma va decisamente cambiato il vetro della doccia.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, consigliamo la scelta senza dubbio.

Ci è piaciuto molto il contesto, la semplicità ma bellezza e confort della camera e del bagno, la presenza del balconcino. La colazione è stata semplice e dignitosa, con prodotti confezionati di media qualità ma la disponibilità dei servizi di cucina per poter preparare autonomamente e la stanza colazione li abbiamo molto apprezzati.
