Apartamento Gran Via Madrid W8.1

The location is great for walking around Madrid. The apartment is relatively clean. The furniture is quite functional. Two air conditioners make it easier to overcome the summer heat. The kitchen lacks a few things (for example bowls, a large kitchen knife or a trivet for a hot pot), but it has the most basic things to prepare or heat up a quick meal if you don't want to go out to restaurants.

The bed is very uncomfortable and at the same time short. I am 175 cm tall and the bed was too short for me, so you can imagine how it was for my hubby who is taller than me. After a long day of walking, a good bed is very important, so it's time they change the entire bed. There was a chance that our flight would be late and that we wouldn't make it to the last check-in, which is at 11 p.m. In the communication before our arrival, we received an answer from the staff that if we arrive before midnight, we will be charged an additional 10 euros for being late, and that if we do not arrive by 1 a.m., no one will wait for us, that is, we will end up on the street if we can't find new accommodation. Luckily we arrived on time, we even waited for them to give us the keys.

La ubicación es excelente y es cómodo para una breve estadía. Claudia fue muy amable porque no sabía muy bien a qué hora llegaba y en todo momento estuvo atento para esperarme y abrir

La comodidad

Claudia es super maja. Estuvo súper pendiente de mi llegada y enseguida me subió al apartamento, no se extendió mucho, pero me explicó todo lo necesario. Lo mejor que tiene este apartamento es que está en el centro de Madrid y lo tienes todo súper cerca incluso donde comer cuando llegas tarde (pizza o supermercado). Es un apartamento suficiente para una o dos noches en las que te la vayas a estar pateando Madrid porque lo que necesitas es una buena cama y ¡la tiene! Lo que pasa es que las ventanas son de simple vidrio y aun con la perspirada pues hay un poco de ruido, pero si llegas cansado se duerme muy bien.

Lo que menos me gustó fue el estado del parquet y que la cocina es bastante oscura porque da al pasillo. El piso tiene "trote". Pero tiene lo esencial.
