Sehr schöne Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem sehr schönen, kleinem Balkon. Die Wohnung ist sehr stilvoll und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, jedoch fehlte uns ein Eierkocher. Bequeme Betten. Eigener Parkplatz vor der Tür. Problemloses Ein- und Auschecken. Perfekte Lage um den Ort und die Umgebung zu erkundigen. Extra Fahrradgarage. Kleiner netter Willkommensgruß bei Ankunft. Rundherum eine tolle Wohnung für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt in Kulmbach.
Da keine Außenbeschattung an den Fenstern hat sich die Wohnung sehr aufgeheizt, insbesondere das Badezimmer. Auch wäre eine bessere Verdunkelung im "kleinen " Schlafzimmer sehr positiv. Leider waren die Schubfächer in der Küche nicht ganz sauber. ( Krümel/Haare). Sehr befremdlich empfanden wir die Kamera an der Wohnungseingangstür. Trotzdem können wir die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen, sie ist wirklich gut.

Sehr schöne und perfekt ausgestattete Wohnung, die etwas außerhalb vom Ortszentrum von Kulmbach gelegen ist.
