The location is quiet. Set just outside Cromer, with two excellent takeaways within 5 minutes walking distance.
The Wifi could be intermittent. We also found that connectivity in the area was poor overall.

Great accommodation with everything you need. Very clean and comfortable with a fully enclosed garden for our dog. It felt like a home from home. The house was lovely and warm on our arrival with some milk waiting in the fridge for a cuppa. The small things make a big impact :) The hosts are very thoughtful, the kitchen is fully equipped, and there are cleaning products along with ample towels and extra blankets for the beds. Location is ideal. We walked to Cromer beach a few times (about a 20 minute walk) and visited other beaches in the car easily, all within 45 minutes. I'd highly recommend 👌
