Residenza piscina&mare

Great apartment with a really nice pool right besides. All the residents of the building were very friendly. The location is just a walk away from the beach, with a lot of groceries and restaurant possibilities around. The kitchen was sufficiently equipped for our short stay. Our hosts were exceptional with their recommendations and advices, very friendly people!

We stayed in Ostia at the end of our vacation too relax before long flight home. Ostia is a residential town close to FCO airport (25 minutes drive in traffic) and not touristy unlike Rome. I would recommend for those interested to mix with local people. Vala was exceptionally responsive and very friendly. She picked up my husband and I from bus station and left bottle of wine welcome gift. Lots of great tips as well. Beach clubs about 10-15 minutes drive walk away and main entertainment area of Ostia 15 minutes walk. The apartment was spacious with large kitchen and balcony. The pool and washing machine were what attracted me to Vala’s accomodation.

Everything was great. The surrounding residential area is a little untidy but this is not a negative really as you are experiencing life among local Italians.

Lovely apartment, close to the sea, train station and very clean. Nice pool for a dip and friendly host who was so lovely, even dropped us to the bus station on the last day. Thank you

Very nice apartment and super friendly host. Ostia in general is a bit run down but beaches and people were nice and friendly. I recommend this place.

Pool was undergoing construction and not available and WiFi didn’t work. Host tried to help but we had mobile network, so it wasn’t a big issue.
