The Space:
Welcome to this cozy 25 m² studio apartment on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on rue Saint Antoine in the heart of the Marais. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
The studio is furnished with 1 double bed and 1 double sofa bed. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: full fridge, oven, stove, Cookworks coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. A washing machine is available for your convenience. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 4 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.
The Neighborhood:
The 4th arrondissement is the historic heart of the Marais, one of Paris’s most iconic and beloved neighbourhoods. Cobbled streets lined with medieval and Renaissance buildings give way to art galleries, Jewish delis, vintage boutiques, and vibrant nightlife. The neighbourhood is home to Place des Vosges — Paris’s oldest planned square — as well as the Île Saint-Louis, Notre-Dame Cathedral, and the Centre Pompidou. Everything is walkable, and the atmosphere is buzzing throughout the week and into the weekend.

The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

We cannot imagine a better location in Paris. We were able to walk to Notre Dame, Musée D’Orsay, Musee Carnavalet, and many other key sights. Place du Vosges very near by. Management was very helpful. Check-in was unusual (get key at a grocery store) but turned out to be quick and easy. It is a small apartment in a building we expect is hundreds of years old, and met our needs very well. We cannot say enough about its wonderful location.

Link for damage deposit did not work and caused our credit card to be blocked.

Great location! I’ve stayed in Paris before but it was quite far from the city centre. This studio is very close to many attractions, within walking distance and with easy access to public transport. We stayed on the 3rd floor and we had a lot of suitcases between the four of us. The elevator was quite small so it did take some time to get all the suitcases up and down when we arrived and when we left. When we would go out for the day, we usually just took the stairs up and down.The check-in and check-out process was fairly easy to manage. It was convenient to replace the key with the fob ahead of our check-out time as we had a tight schedule the day of our departure. The team responded quickly to my questions and concerns and were very understanding of situations that arose. Staying in this studio helped make our time in Paris as fun as it was!
