Reasons to book
About this chalet rental
Up to 12 guests can stay in our unique complex of 3 apartments (two 2-bedroom units and one 1-bedroom unit) with 2 balconies. All rooms have A/C, TVs, washer-dryers, and full kitchens. Stay together, steps from the beach, while still having space and privacy in your own apartments.
The Space
The one-bedroom unit has one queen bed.
The two-bedroom unit with the rooftop deck has a queen bed, two twin beds, and a sofa bed.
The second two-bedroom apartment has a queen bed and a double bed.
Please note: The back bedroom in Unit 20 Up does not have its own A/C. Most guests leave the connecting door open so the cool air from the rest of the apartment can circulate into the bedroom.
💧 IMPORTANT: WATER CISTERN ON PROPERTY
Puerto Rico may occasionally experience interruptions in the public water service. The property is equipped with a water cistern that provides a backup water supply during water outages.
Because the cistern has a limited capacity, we kindly ask all guests to conserve water and use it thoughtfully, especially during periods when public water service is interrupted. This helps ensure that the available cistern water lasts as long as possible for everyone in the complex.
Please keep in mind that the availability of water from the cistern will depend on the duration of any public water interruption and the amount of water used by guests.
Guest Access
You’ll have access to the upstairs two-bedroom unit in Building 18, as well as the back downstairs unit and upstairs unit in Building 20.
Other Things to Note
Pets are welcome but must be kept in the upstairs apartments or in the patios. The pet fee is $50 for small pets and $75 for medium and large-sized pets.
Please keep in mind that Puerto Rico is an island that may occasionally experience water or electricity outages. Our water cistern is available to help maintain water service during public water interruptions, but thoughtful water conservation is essential during these situations.
The vibrant atmosphere of Puerto Rico means that some street noise is part of the experience. If you're a light sleeper, consider bringing earplugs.
Additionally, while we do our best to keep critters away, the tropical weather here means they can be a bit persistent. Seasonal bugs may be attracted to outdoor lights, so we recommend turning off lights at night to help minimize them.
We're really looking forward to hosting you and ensuring you have an amazing time embracing everything that makes Puerto Rico special! Whether you're seeking adventure or relaxation, our apartments provide the perfect home base for your trip. Book your stay with us today and experience the magic of Puerto Rico firsthand!

💡 ❄️ Air Conditioning & Lights
When leaving the property to explore the area, please turn off all lights and set the A/C to a higher temperature or turn it off when possible. This helps conserve energy and supports our sustainability efforts.
