Welcome to Villa Stephanie, a beautiful, unique, large, and luxurious Spanish beach house with pool, conveniently located in the prestigious, gated neighborhood of Ocean Park, San Juan.
(THIS PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA, CLOSE TO OTHER HOMES.
SORRY, NO EVENTS ALLOWED.
NO BACHELOR'S, BACHELORETTE PARTIES.
NO MUSIC OR OUTSIDE NOISE PERMITTED AT NIGHT.)
Villa Stephanie is located 3 short blocks and a 5 minute walk from Ocean Park's beach, probably the best beach in metropolitan San Juan.
From the moment that you enter the house you will be captivated by its beauty, with all the attention to detail, thanks to a remodel by re known interior decorator Gretchen Daubon, making this one of the best and most luxurious available large beach houses in San Juan. The recent remodel includes a new pool area, landscaping , furniture, kitchen appliances, and decoration.The house has 6 bedrooms and 4 baths, sleeping a total of 14 persons max.The rooms are distributed as you enter the house follows:
1 To the right, on the first floor, a masters size bedroom with king bed
2 Also on the first floor, a room with a double bed.
These two first floor bedrooms share a bathroom.
As you reach the second floor after taking the stairs,
3 to the left, a room with a set of bunk beds sleeping 4
4 another room with queen bed sleeping 2.
These two rooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom.
5 Then there is a masters suite with king bed, walking closet, bathroom, and access to a large terrace overlooking the pool.
The terrace also has a nice siting area.
Downstairs, there is a formal dining room siting eight, kitchen, and a large family area with a comfy sofa, large screen tv and a round breakfast table.
The living area opens to a beautiful covered terrace thru glass french doors. The terrace has a large bar with surrounding stools and siting area which overlooks the pool and pool side cabana. The pool side cabana sleeps two and has its own bathroom which also doubles as pool bath.
The house is fully air conditioned, has fast wifi, and cable tv.It also has back up power generator and water cistern, very important in the tropics for continued power and water supply after tropical systems.
Villa Stephanie provides a great base for a beach vacation. However, it also provides a great setting to explore San Juan and the island of Puerto Rico.
Villa Stephanie is located close to numerous high quality restaurants to satisfy the most demanding palates.I will also provide you with a list of recommended restaurants nearby , in San Juan and across to Island for you to explore.
There are also several pharmacies, and grocery stores nearby.
In addition Barbosa park is 2 minutes walk away. There you have a jogging track, tennis courts,
kid play area and a police station.
The house is extremely well located only a 5 minute ride from the airport, 5 minutes to Condado and La Placita de Santurce with its multiple bars and restaurants, 2 minutes from Loiza street and its culinary row, and 10 minutes from the magic of Old San Juan.

Everything was great! We had no water issues or air conditioning issues. Very clean, convenient location and more than enough room for my party of 10. Outdoor area was our favorite we grilled and sat by the pool.

This place was great for our girls trip! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. We loved having our morning coffee out by the pool! It's a great space to hang out, even if it's raining. Ruben was great to work with, even fixing things during the check in process. Would definitely stay here again!

We had high expectations based on the listing photos, but it did not match what was advertised. The photos appear outdated and don’t reflect the current condition. The home needs maintenance and updates – peeling paint, broken furniture, deteriorating bathroom vanities, and general wear. The second-level terrace had no furniture or shade, and the pergola shown is no longer usable.This is not a beachfront property and does not have a beach view. Access in and out of the gated community is limited, and the beach walkway requires a key, making simple trips inconvenient.Inside, the layout includes several step-ups and step-downs that may be challenging for some guests. The garage is small, the opener button was missing, and the washer/dryer are located behind a generator near standing water. WiFi was unreliable.The kitchen included a welcome basket, which we appreciated, but was under-equipped—no ice maker or trays, limited cookware, and only two cereal bowls. The pool house shower has no hot water, requiring use of the main house bathroom.Check-in was fully contactless with only a texted door code, and our only in-person interaction with the property manager was when a service technician needed access.We did not report issues during our stay, as most would have required significant work that couldn’t reasonably be completed while we were there. Future renters should note that concerns will not be addressed after checkout.
