Excellent

Myself, my husband, adult son and partner had a wedding to attend in Donegal and we stayed at no.3 Mill Park apartment for two nights. We received excellent communication from Melissa which made arrival etc. very easy. The apartment was beautiful. Clean, warm and inviting. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this place.

Loads brilliant location, the service texts and messages,

Just little fixes to make it more brilliant: Not being told the built in fridge didn’t work and the flies with in the storage cupboard when I went to switch on heating and use a broom they all feel out not pleasant. Let us know where we are allowed to bin empty the bin bags would be helpful. As I said no major complaints just little fixes

Location, unit, cleanliness, courtesy/professionalism of staff.

We did have a challenge with the water supply which was city related. After 3 hours the issue was resolved. Follows-ups were made immediately upon notifying the owners.

Did not meet my expectations

The location was good for exploring Donegal. The apartment had two bathrooms. Parking was freely available.

The WiFi did not work for everybody. There were only five mugs. So had to run dishwasher twice a day. Dishwasher Tablets, tea towel nor oven glove were provided. The shower over the bath sometimes had low flow and temperature fluctuations (?due to variable and low cold water pressure leading to very hot water). There was mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. Non-slip bath mats not provided. In short did not live up to my expectation of a luxury apartment.

Lovely apartment, great location, about a 10 minute walk to town.

We couldn't find bedding for the travel cot however as we had brought our own we didn't contact the host about this.

A brilliantly located apartment next to Donegal Town

The beds were extremely comfortable and decor very tasteful. There was a free travel cot available for our baby, and plenty towels, hair dryer, cutlery, plates, etc, as well as some food bits left for us, which we really appreciated. It is brilliantly located to visit South Donegal and is a very spacious flat for a family. The free, on-site parking is also a plus.

We felt that for 2 x nights it was really quite expensive when there were certain items, the toilet brushes as one example, that need to be replaced ASAP and when products such as Max Benjamin soaps and creams are advertised in the photos, and much cheaper brands are used in reality, it left a bit of a bad taste all round when considering the price. The WiFi didn't work either, unless you signed up for a Three Mobile sim.

Pleasant chilled out stay..

The apartment was very spacious and very well furnished. The broadband was excellent although we did have to knock the modem off and back on again on one occasion.

Nice quiet location.

Clean modern apartment. Plenty of space for 4 adults. Some fruit, milk and cookies left as a welcome gift, is a nice addition.

Disappointed that toilet roll and toiletries eg shampoo, shower gel and conditioner were not included.

One of the best self catering accommodation we’ve ever stayed! A perfect description of luxury!

all facilities, beds and pillows are comfy, perfect to lie down when you are tired from strolling along county donegal. A welcome easter pack is a plus factor. Other commodities are provided like bacon, eggs, butter, a bottle of proseco and still water bottled water are already in fridge when we arrived. Oil, salt and pepper , cookies, cereals, coffee, tea and sugar. Kids enjoy the easter chocolates ! They loved the place , its like living in a hotel. A perfect description of luxury self catering accommodation. Highly recommended! Credit to Melissa for quick reply to our queries and well done to the Irish Stay Collection.
