The location was just perfect and there was on-site parking. The house was certainly large enough on the inside and all the facilities were good. There was the usual Netflix and smart Tv along with a coffee machine and ample cooking equipment (we ate out everyday). Joy was very easy to contact and responded to any issues really quickly.

Central position of the accommodation. This fitted our needs perfectly. Availability of good quality eating/drinking places nearby. Will come again and recommend to others.

Great location. Off street parking was brilliant. Good information provided and plenty of useful items in the property. Thank you for biscuits and crisps.
But it’s a very tired property. The bed linen and towels are old and worn (towel had a hole!) The bathroom was really badly cleaned. Black mould to the tiles, shower screen and taps. Broken bath panel. I refused to use the shower as I was not prepared to shower with the mould there. The bed linen is so old (although the front bedroom was better.) The mattress did not fit the bed and overhung making sleeping uncomfortable. The oven had been cleaned but not deep cleaned. The dishwasher was full of dirty plates from previous guest and so we didn’t use it. Such a shame. I’m sure the host is delightful and the property was probably equally lovely in the past but it’s just crying out for some money to be spent on it.
