The house was like a home from home. Had all the things we needed. Lots of lovely touches that made it feel special.

Lovely house, decorated to a great standard without looking like a show home. Comfortable beds, excellent appliances. The landlady was very nice when messaging. Good range of coffee and tea, and had provided dishwasher/washing machine capsules. Provided fire sticks enabled easy entertainment without having to set up our own stuff.
My only (minor) complaint is that it would be better if the house could be warmed before arrival. It was freezing when we arrived and took about 2 hours to warm up, although I do appreciate that it's to save on wasted energy.

Easy check in. Driveway. Comfy settee. Convenient location. Thought was gone into leaving toilet rolls, tea ,coffee, and biscuits. Good communication with host.
No blinds on kitchen and bathroom window and downstairs toilet. Overpowering smell of incense as many around the property. Needs some general maintenance and decoration and garden maintenance. For example toilet roll holder falling off wall in bathroom. Good facilities available however cooker and washing machine and fridge/freezer need cleaning.
