what a horrible vacation
I don't understand why this apartment is still on the platform because I saw another comment that seemed to have the same problem.
On the day of check-in in the morning at 7:40 I sent a message on the booking platform to the host to send me the check-in details. I saw that it was 12 o'clock and no one answered me. I called the host's phone number, but it was also closed. I contacted the customer service at booking, who also tried to contact him, saying that if he didn't answer in 45 minutes, they would start the refund procedure, which happened. Nothing to say to the host or behaved exemplary and for the inconvenience I also received an amount of money, for which I thank them. The next problem was that we were unable to find accommodation in the same city for 5 people and we had to book a hotel that cost us quite a lot and so after a 2500km journey we woke up without accommodation and looking like crazy on the streets for another accommodation for about 5 hours. Since we were still in the area, we went to the address in the reservation and found that it was on the ground floor of a block of flats on the corner. I managed to see someone in the house and I knocked on the window. An Indian gentleman came out who said he was the owner and when I showed him the reservation he started laughing and saying that such a thing was not possible, got up and entered the house, so if you don't want to ruin your vacation, I don't recommend it.

Réservation validée depuis 3 semaines et personne pour les clés, ni au tel, ni par message. Je me suis retrouvée sur le trottoir à 17h, heure du check in! Hôte totalement nul! Service client booking au téléphone catastrophique ne me proposant pas de solution de remplacement mais juste un jusqu'au site booking pour effectuer une nouvelle résa

Pas de produits de toilette Diffuseur du sèche cheveux disponible mais …… pas de sèche cheveux😉 Parking inaccessible en raison de travaux dans la copropriété ( détail non précisé alors que nous avions choisi cet endroit pour cet avantage) du coup nous avons dû payer le parking le vendredi et le samedi😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 Pas d’offre commerciale proposée en contrepartie ….
