Perfect 3-bedroom ensuite with roof terrace and great location.

The location was exceptional, right next to the side of the Chateau and next to vibrant bars and restaurants (but far from earshot). All the rooms are very well sized and have ensuites. The host was exceptionally felxible with providing keys and accomodating different check-out times. The place was very clean and had a lovely roof terrace for drinks overlooking the Chateau.

A perfect stop-over for us en route to Toulouse

Well appointed, clean and tidy house in a perfect location very close to amenities. Gorgeous supper on the rooftop terrace. Vincent and Lydia responded swiftly to any questions we had prior to our visit. Thank you

Disappointing for the money

This property is in a fabulous location for Fontainebleau, the town, the bars, cafés, restaurants and Chateau. Parking, tho’ a little expensive at 22 euros for 12-24 hours, could not be more convenient being opposite the property. We found the downstairs bed comfortable and had a good night's sleep.

We are a couple in our mid 60's and have done a lot of travelling. Unfortunately, we have stayed in student accommodation with a better standard of furnishing, fittings and decor. Cheap and extremely basic spring to mind immediately. The tight spiral stairs down to the basement kitchen are very difficult to negotiate with anything in your hands, not helpful with a table being on the floor above. There was a smell of drains in the kitchen. Altho’ we didn’t use the roof terrace because it was raining, the access hatch has a bad leak with water pooling on the floor. The comments in some posts that it is very clean and ‘superb’ are inaccurate and misleading.

Everything was wonderful! The home was clean, charming, and spacious. Loved the view of Fountainbleu wall and gate from rooftop terrace. Parking right in front of house, easy and beautiful walk to the palace and park. Hosts were amazing! Easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Would definitely book again!

Stellar view of the Chateau!

Perfect location, paid parking in front of property and got my daily steps in with the 4 circular staircases. Wonderful rooftop terrace to drink our wine while the sun went down.

Emplacement royal à Fontainebleau

Très bien placé, à côté du château, des restos et des commerces. Parking juste en face (même si payant et assez cher. Si séjour de plusieurs jours, prendre le pass semaine). Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain. Le roof top doit être sympa, mais pas utilisé à la mi-décembre. Les hôtes sont très sympathiques, attentionnés et hyper réactifs.

Attention: maison sur 4 niveaux. Ce n’est pas forcément un problème, mais il faut savoir qu’il y a des escaliers !

Super séjour à Fontainebleau

L'emplacement, littéralement à deux pas du château et au coeur du centre ville est juste excellent. Le logement est très bien équipé, et nous avons pu bien profiter du séjour. Une attention de la part des hôtes avec de quoi faire un bon café le matin était vraiment appréciable.

l'emplacement, le charme de cet appartement atypique sur 4 niveaux avec terrasse sur le toit.

A notre arrivée le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. Ce serait bien de réassortir la vaisselle : nous étions 6 adultes et il y avait 5 verres à eau et 2 verres à pied.

房東人很好讓我們提早入住，11點多進去房子時，發現地下室淹水，淹到腳踝的程度，是完全不能使用的。緊急聯絡房東，她說要幫我們訂另一間airbnb，由她付款。一開始她傳了第一間給我，但我不滿意，於是自行搜尋，發現市區只剩兩間能訂，她傳給我的是比較便宜的，我選擇另一間比較貴但評價比較好的叫房東幫我訂，她也同意了。但實際上，新的住宿比這間淹水的住宿便宜，原本想請房東退錢，我自行訂新住宿，但她卻問我法國銀行帳戶要轉帳… 我出國玩的人怎麼可能有法國銀行帳號… 因為時間緊迫擔心沒地方住，加上房東只會法文不好溝通，最後就直接請他訂房了。虧了三千台幣。過程中房東有讓我們寄放行李，問我們要不要叫計程車等等。人不錯只可惜住宿泡湯了。

Toller Aufenthalt! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Direkt gegenüber liegt das Schloss Fontainebleau mit einem grossen Parkplatz. Direkt um die Ecke liegt ein Viertel mit schönen Restaurants und kleinen Läden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und gut erreichbar. Tolle Gastgeber! Zimmer und Terasse sind über fünf Stockwerke verteilt, was einen gewissen Charme hat. Die Einrichtung ist gut, auch die Betten sind bequem. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.

Da die Unterkunft direkt neben der belebten Strasse mit Restaurants liegt, ist es bis spät in der Nacht laut, was man jedoch nur in den Zimmern mit dem Fenster auf diese Seite, und auch nur bei offenem Fenster, hört.

Les chambres à chaque étage avec leur salle de bain ! On a apprécié la terrasse aussi ! Tout est à proximité de la maison : le château avec ses jardins, le parking payant devant la maison, ainsi que les bars et restaurants ! Il y a tout autour !

Absolut prima, es gab nichts auszusetzen!

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles sehr sauber, es hat an nichts gefehlt! Die Lage war einmalig, die Innenstadt nur um die Ecke, direkter Blick auf das Schloß Fontainebleau und es war in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern war perfekt!

Ce fut un excellent séjour dans un agréable cadre.

La proximité de la maison avec le château et les parcs. Le centre ville et restaurants sont à deux pas. Aucun besoin de la voiture. Le luxe d'avoir une salle d'eau et un sanitaire par chambre.

La cuisine en sous-sol et forcément humide et un peu mal odorante, malgré les efforts de Lydia et Vincent pour parer ce désagrément. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la cuisine.

perfecte locatie, fijne kamers en topterras

De locatie was echt perfect! En heel fijn dat iedereen een eigen kamer met badkamer heeft, een luxe. De prijs/kwaliteitverhouding was dan ook echt top. Fijn om in de ochtend te kunnen ontbijten op het dak en in de avond lekker een drankje te doen.

Apprécié est un grand mot.. si je devrais « chipoter » mais vraiment minime .. je dirais dommage qu’il n’y a pas de place de parking privé mais ça les hôtes ils peuvent absolument rien. Et il manque des tapis de douche 😂😂😂😂 Mais franchement c était parfait

La maison de Vincent est idéalement située au centre de Fontainebleau, proche du château et des commerces. Le quartier est calme. La maison est très propre et bien équipée. Thé, café sont à disposition à notre arrivée, ce qui est très appréciable. Vincent est joignable très facilement et très réactif. Nous avons bien apprécié notre court séjour.
