About this house rental

10 minutes by car from Fontainebleau, in a village in the community of communes "Between Seine and Forest", beautiful and spacious 19th century house (around 200 m2), quiet, comfortable, very bright and perfectly exposed, overlooking a charming wooded land of 1300 m2, fully enclosed by walls and sheltered from view.

Ideal environment for lovers of forests and rivers, climbing, walking, cycling or horse riding, visiting castles and other cultural outings (Paris less than an hour by train or car).

HOUSING

On the ground floor, a 45 m2 living / dining room, with French window opening onto the garden, library and large table (10 seats) convertible into billiards. A large fitted kitchen, garage and WC.

Upstairs, three large bedrooms of around 20 m2: a "master suite" with office and bathroom (bath and WC), a landing bathed in light and offering an overview of the property, 2 bedrooms in a row with bathroom and separate toilet. Under the eaves, an atypical space with all the charm of the old, converted into a bedroom.

The land: a large alley of Napoleonic cobblestones, a small greenhouse, columns and a leafy lawn (roses and fruit trees).

EQUIPMENT :

Bedding: 10 beds - 4 double beds (including 2 large), 2 single beds (including a small, for a person of 1m62 maximum), 1 child's bed and 1 umbrella bed. Linens provided.

Kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, 3 ovens (traditional, steam, microwave), 4 induction hobs, 1 fridge.

Child: high chair, playpen and changing table.

Garden: barbecue, hammocks, armchairs and deckchairs.

ENVIRONMENT

On foot: bakery, large grocery store of fresh produce, park with games for children, small station serving Paris via Melun (1 train every hour, 50 min. Journey).

5 minutes by car: supermarket, house / museum of poet Stéphane Mallarmé, banks of the Seine (pretty villages to discover like Samois-sur-Seine), sand pit, Fontainebleau forest and its famous rocks (climbing, hiking, mountain biking, horse riding) .

10 minutes by car: Fontainebleau and its illustrious castle, Morêt-sur-Loing (beautiful medieval town on the water's edge), Bois-le-Roi leisure center (swimming, canoeing, tennis, golf, etc.) , equestrian centers and stations of Fontainebleau and Bois-le-Roi with direct trains to Paris every half hour (30-40 minutes journey to reach the Gare de Lyon).

20-30 minutes by car: Barbizon and its impressionist painters, the castles of Vaux-le-Vicomte and Blandy-les-Tours, outdoor swimming pool with sauna and hammam "Aquasud" in St-Pierre-lès-Nemours.

About 1 hour by car: south of Paris, Provins and Troyes.
