Breakers 324 by Top Destinations Rentals

The unit was clean and comfortable. Great Value for money.

Nothing to default

Facilities and location excellent

The voice from the passage in morning, when the cleaners are setting up for the day. Their room is next to this unit so its very noisy.

The resort is lovely and the staff are very helpful.

The unit we had is a bit dated. We had the following issues 1. Shower was leaking and water was not going down easily. Maintenance had to be called to assist 2. After the cleaners cleaned the kitchen the kitchen tap came loose. Maintenance had to be called again 3. The bathroom door by the entrance does not lock 4. The main bedroom door was faulty. Maintenance had to be called to fix so that the door could be locked. The door is still very difficult to open once closed. 5. The room cupboards are very old. 6. The ceiling fan in the bedroom looked a bit rusty and old. Overall the unit is quite dated and could use an upgrade. As our stay was only 2 nights this was acceptable.

The resort area, best ever

The room 324 had cockroaches, 1st day I was just given doom and told the flats have their owners they are not run by the hotel ...not sure how would that info help me...day2 I went to reception again, they called ppl to fumigate, I still came back n found cockroaches in the kitchen n bathroom and I didn't bother to complain again (worst 4days ever). Side lamps with dust even though they come and clean on daily basis but they clearly don't touch side lamps n a filthy fan in the room, dirty windows. very old building that would do with some revamp
