Very close to a bus stop and well equipped kitchen

It’s a lot of stairs to access the unit and inside the apartment - which provides a great view - but could be troublesome for anyone mobility challenged

Beautiful property, spacious, clean and very comfy beds! It was a perfect base for our stay on Waiheke island.
The bedrooms did get quite hot at night, AC unit only upstairs

Great facilities including a very good coffee machine and everything we needed for our stay. Beds comfortable, easy walk to palm beach and very short drive to supermarket and local wineries. Views from the terrace are amazing!

Such a charming place with perfectly sized rooms for a 4 person stay. Had every possible utensil and appliance we could possibly need, as well as a plethora of game entertainment. Would recommend to anyone.
The only difficulty was the steep gravel driveway, as it proved very difficult to drive up and park on even for a 4 wheel drive, so ended up having to park on the road.
