Villa Rosa is the perfect holiday accommodation if you are seeking quality accommodation for up to 4 guests. This Villa is in located in middle of the Resort complex and in a handy position to the restaurant and bar. Its elevated position offers wonderful views over Palm Beach and beyond. The bus stop is only 100 meters from the drive, and 800 meters from the pristine white sand of Palm Beach.
Providing everything you need in a home away from home. The convenience of a fully equipped kitchen allows you to experience the best of Waiheke's local produce, should you choose to stay in to eat. This Villa has a lovely relaxing feel and offers a wonderful place to chill out or explore the island from. Villa Rosa also has a BBQ, Blue-Ray DVD player and a Dishwasher for your convenience. A heat pump ensures comfort whatever the weather. The flat screen TV has Free view installed.
2 split king beds allow up to four guests. Feathered pillows and lovely linen ensure a good night's sleep!

Amazing stay.. Everything you need.. View was stunning but came with the stairs to get to the apartment hehe all and all would highly recommend.

The apartment itself was great. Well equipped, spacious, comfortable and clean with a lovely view and a great terrace.
Sadly the terrace was unusable as the shade umbrella was broken when we arrived and in spite of saying it would be replaced it wasn’t. A 10% deduction was offered for a future stay. Unlikely since we live in U.K.
The lack of shade on the terrace made what should have been a great stay in a lovely apartment with a fab view like being in an oven. Disappointing.

The location and the view was great.
It did feel like it didn't live up to the pictures and the house was basic.
They pushed two single beds together to make a queen in both rooms and they were mismatched and uncomfortable.
Also there were dirty glasses put back in the cupboard which made me concerned about cleanliness.
Overall if you are looking for a nice location and view in waiheke this place is fit for purpose and would be good for 4 friends. It isn't a luxury getaway for 2 couples.
