Palm Views - Stay Waiheke

The proximity to Palm Beach was great. The house was lovely and comfortable. The kitchen was excellent.

We struggled to lock the door each time we left the house, which was a bit frustrating especially as it was a wet weekend at times. The walk up to the house wasn't what we expected but was ok. I can't remember if it was mentioned in the property description though. The street was incredibly narrow unfortunately and the parking bay difficult to see at night as there are no street lights.

location was superb, especially the view to the beach! Comfortable and lots of places to sit/relax

Lighting situations were a bit weird

Cool beach house with nice coastal vibe, great location, short walk to the beach, comfy beds and everything we needed for our stay. The second toilet outside also comes in very handy especially for those sleeping in the outside room.

The photos on Booking.com showed a pizza oven so we bought all the makings of pizzas with us but then there wasn't one and we ended up having to use the oven which was not at all user friendly. Also would love to be able to see the view from the balcony, the hedge completely blocks it but it's probably there for shelter and privacy.

Length of walk up long path and lack of view plus both driveways inaccessible. Also no obvious maintenance since renovations in 2017 and floors were very rough ....suffering from lack of maintenance and too many short stays
