Spacious villa with large deck and fantastic views towards Palm Beach.
Waiheke is very hilly so carrying luggage up stairs can be difficult.

A nice view and the resort facilities looked good although we didn't get around to using them. Great sized balcony for a bbq. Kitchen small but we'll eqipped.
I had asked for one of the beds to be split into two singles which was approved but on arrival hadn't been done. No biggie for us and would've been an oversight

The location
I hadn’t realised there would be Steep steps which meant my parents who were staying nearby could not visit. Also cleaning was not great, and no mid week clean. They did drop off clean towels when requested.

Location
There was a continual smell of sewerage and evidence of the septic system overflowing. Someones we had to go inside due to the smell, so we could enjoy the deck / view.
