Stylish Studio in Historic Boston

Facilities appear newly renovated and clean. Easy access in and out of building. Common areas sparse and clean. Would be nice if vending machines offered some water or snacks. Building is located in the middle of Boston Conservatory of Music/Berklee so lots of college kids and area feels safe. Nice park across the street for walking or jogging. There is a 24-hour mini-mart around the corner. Wholefoods and CVS very close by, and next to one another.

For me unfortunately their were more cons then pros. This is a good place to stay for a night or two and *without* a vehicle. Although I contacted the management co. who referred several parking garages about .5 mile away (walking late at night, as a women doesn't feel safe) I later found out overnight metered parking 8am-8pm was free, same exact hours as garages so instead of $30 a night, I could have parked for free. Also if you need a late checkout there is a fee. No water in the room. Outside can be very loud because of late night parties. There is no room service, which usually I don't need but when I requested it, they only empty trash cans. The bed was incredibly "squishy" and felt like it had been slept on too long and should be replaced. Overall, very basic & clean accommodations if you're not fussy, it's a good stay.

1) Not the true value for the money. Maybe because of the building, but our main concern was about the temperature of the room. There was no fresh air, and we've decided to open windows. The problem was in old windows, that didn't work properly at all. It was EXTREMELY cold in Boston at night, and we had to ask for additional 3 (!!!) blankets and shift the bed from the window because it was unbearable to sleep! 2) Laundry and Dry machines Despite the fact that these facilities are included into the description, turned out that the facilities are not belong to the hotel itself. The machines are new, but you have to have 25 cents coins to do your laundry! And there is no exchange cash machine or card acceptance. I'm ok with high laundry fee, but I'm not ok to remember that I need bunch of quarters to wash my clothes! That's so disappointing, considering the fact that the laundry is a facility!
