This private apartment occupies the entire first floor of a restored 1880s Back Bay brownstone.
The spacious, street-facing bedroom overlooks the tree-lined neighborhood and features a queen bed with premium linens, bedside tables, a dedicated workspace, and a chaise lounge.
The separate living and dining area includes a large sofa, coffee table, dining table, classic bay window, and a convenient entry wardrobe for coats and personal belongings.
The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, central heating, and contactless self check-in.
Guests will enter the brownstone by climbing seven steps from the street to the front door. Once inside, there is one additional step from the entry foyer to the main floor.

There are approximately 7 exterior steps to reach the building’s front entrance, followed by 1 interior stair to reach the apartment.
