The separate living and dining area includes a large sofa, coffee table, dining table, classic bay window, and a convenient entry wardrobe for coats and personal belongings.

Guests will enter the brownstone by climbing seven steps from the street to the front door. Once inside, there is one additional step from the entry foyer to the main floor.

There are approximately 7 exterior steps to reach the building’s front entrance, followed by 1 interior stair to reach the apartment. Guests must be comfortable using stairs and carrying their luggage.
