Guests enter the building through a secure lockbox system, and the studio has its own electronic keypad lock. A shared laundry room with a washer and dryer is available on the third floor.
Please note that this is a lower-level apartment in a historic building without an elevator. There are approximately 6 exterior steps to the main entrance, followed by approximately 15 stairs down to the studio. Guests should be comfortable using stairs and carrying their luggage.
