Loved the location. Within walking distance of several great coffee shops and restaurants. We felt very safe there.
Just needed more towels per person and a mirror outside of the bathroom. Other than that, it was perfect.

Location
Inflexible cancellation policy, although knew that going in. A flexible cancellation policy with a pro-rated fee would have made this nice property better.
Also losing a lot of heat and noise control from the thin side panels at the window air conditioner. I recommend adding some insulation.
