Excellent location with it's own off-road parking a 5-10 minute walk into the old part of town. Really impressed with the size, cleanliness and decor of the property. Settees and beds were really comfortable. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Separate downstairs toilet was a bonus. Can't find fault with the property. It was a shame we were only staying 2 nights for the local zoo/aquarium etc. Hope to go back to Chester to actually explore the town properly and would have no hesitation in checking if the property was available again.
There was genuinely nothing I didn't like. Which is a first for all the properties I've stayed in.

This house was one of the cleanest house I ever stayed in. It was pristine. Nice clean sheets. Bathroom spotless, everything organised in the cupboards well. No crumbs or dust anywhere.
Location is good, about 10minutes walk into town.
Helped having a drive to park the car for packing and unpacking
Maybe just the area, can give the impression it’s a run down area due to all the flats around etc, but no big issue.

Great location, 5 min walk to town.
Comfortable house to stay in. Mostly very clean (doors could do with a clean, not sure why doors never seems to be cleaned).
Most of the beds comfortable and all rooms a good size. Fans provided, which was welcome in the extreme heat. Nice and bright and open plan downstairs.
Felt homely and plenty of loo rolls, pans etc. Overall, a great base for a few days, thanks.
Loads if cigarette butts out the back (on the driveway). They need collecting between stays (or, ideally, the lazy littering guests educated on not being so scummy).
One of the single mattresses (near the door) needs replacing - very saggy and uncomfortable.
There were a few cleaning bits missed including a tablet (medication) under a bed - obviously not great if found by a child. And a used tooth floss thing in the bathroom.
Not really sofa seating for 6, the 2 settees seat 5, really.
