Easylife - Milano - Redi 7 - Buenos Aires

It was very easy to collect the keys from the lock box on arrival. We did ask for help to open the lock box on one occasion when the cover had become stuck. This was soon sorted out by a member of Easylife team who came to the property to fix the problem. The property itself is lovely - very clean, spacious and comfortable and it looked exactly as it appeared on the website. It is situated in one of our favourite areas of Milan, very close to Corso Buenos Aires, and convenient for bus and metro stations as well as good shops and bars. Finally, a special thanks to the Easylife team who were friendly, efficient and help from the moment we arranged the holiday in October last year. It was very easy to contact everyone by email or phone, and our questions were answered very quickly. I would recommend this apartment without hesitation.

The only slight problem we had was with the hot water supply in the bathroom - we couldn't get hot water from the sink and sometimes the water in the shower was cold. However, we were only staying for 3 nights and it didn't spoil our enjoyment of staying in the apartment. I didn't report this during our stay as we were out of the apartment most of the time and we could manage fine with the water as it was.

Location and comfort

We had two towels per person for 5 full days. It would be ok if this was specified in the description so we could bring detergent with us, as it is not convenient to come to explore city and then to look for supermarket to find the detergent. In other cities around the Europe owners provided additional clean towels so this was a surprise for me.

A szállás könnyen megközelíthető volt.

A fürdőszobában folyamatosan csatornaszag volt. A kézmosónál nem volt meleg víz, hosszú percekig folyattuk, de akkor sem jött. A konyhában a poharak, bögrék ragadtak - nem voltak tiszták. A klímaberendezés zúgott, de meleget nem adott sem a nappaliban, sem a hálószobában.
