Appartamento ben arredato, con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno di pochi giorni, davanti la metropolitana Lima. Soggiorno accogliente, con cucina ben organizzata, bagno molto piccolo, camera da letto comoda con materasso ottimo, tende completamente oscuranti.

Essendo in centro nonostante le finestre con doppi o tripli vetri c’è rumore di traffico e soprattutto di tram Rapporto qualità prezzo non adeguato

El departamento es precioso , una cama muy cómoda, buena ducha , las persianas son eléctricas y oscurecen el ambiente para relajarse. La entrada principal y la departamento tienen un cierre especial y domotico, hay que tomarle la mano. El departamento esta dentro de una galería y al salir tiene el metro y en pocas paradas se va al Duomo. El anfitrión muy amable y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Lo recomiendo

No estaba bien clara la direccion y como estábamos en coche, fue difícil encontrar la galería que tiene el número 42 y no 15 .. Por suerte estuvo el anfitrión ayudando

- Really good location, the metro station was right downstairs and took us to Metro Line 1, which will take you to stops like the Cadorna train station, which is connected to the airport, and Duomo, which will take you to some of the major tourist attractions - It's also about 10-15 minutes walk down a straight, flat path leading to Milan Central station, which is very convenient especially if you have heavy suitcases - Plenty of shops nearby, it feels like a rather lively and safe area (although can be very noisy at night) - Property was very accommodating and allowed us to enter the apartment and drop off our bags first - Overall very spacious, and included useful facilities like a washing machine, dishwasher, stovetop, microwave, and oven - There are two small, old elevators, which helped us with our luggage. I mention this as stairs are so very common in Europe

- Check-in process was a little fussy. You must download an app (which doesn't always work) to open the main door downstairs, then the door leading to the apartments, then your own apartment door. Check-in instructions were not automatically sent to us and we had to reach out to the property on the day of arrival to be told how to check in. I would have appreciated some initiative to reduce the friction of checking in while we were busy with navigating the airport and city on our arrival day. - There was a leak in the bathroom while we were staying. However, property did send someone to patch the leak - Insufficient amenities provided: two toilet rolls, three small bottles of shower gel, one set of trash bags. While I'm sure we could've asked the property for replenishment, I was a bit surprised that these were not provided initially given the length of our stay. Perhaps we were expected to replenish our own? ⚠️‼️ The most important thing I want to mention is the possibility of safety/security issues. On one of the nights we returned, we were shocked to see that our apartment door was open. I really don't know how this happened as we always shut the door and wait for it to lock before we leave. I don't know if the lock failed that day or if somebody entered our apartment. It's bad enough if other tenants from the other apartments can enter, but the main door leading to the apartment area is not always closed either, so it is possible that other tenants from the rest of the building could have entered without our knowledge. We were lucky that nothing was stolen or disturbed.
