Water sports are an 800m walk. The city of Annecy is accessible by bike via the bike path. Parapente, riding and Golf in Talloires within 5 km. Veyrier du Lac has 2200 inhabitants and is situated at the sunny side of Lake Annecy. Please note: The first-floor bedrooms offer a refreshing system for the summer. The garden level may be occasionally occupied by the owner's son, and an independent studio is located at the backside of the villa. There's a small road below the house with minimal traffic, perceptible from the terrace due to passing vehicles (max speed: 30 km/h).
