The place is really spacious. The bathroom was large and the two bedrooms were a decent space from each other, with the kitchen and the living room between them. The checkin was fast and easy and the host was very responsive
The place is close to a restaurant so one of the rooms you could hear people below taking plates to the kitchen. One of the rooms had a motion sensor if someone moved around the room or in the closet area which could be jarring if your partner is still sleeping and you are moving around but nothing too big

Very good communication with the owner
Not possible to sleep before 2am in both rooms for all 3 nights. Too much noise coming from the restaurant, road and people going up and down the stairs. I would not come back because of that.
