Good size for a two bed apartment. Appliances like fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, air fryer available. Good showers. Self check in was easy. Access to pool and gym included. Automatic blinds in the living room. Good internet. Smart TV. Responsive to messages. King sized beds. Lots of storage space. Lots of things to use in the apartment like lamps, and side tables. Location is good, with taxi stop and small mall over the road. Great big balcony. The AC is working in the apartment ok although the living room gets warm during the day.

Some of the furniture is dated with some visible wear, like the legs for the breakfast bar chair have rust and the sofa has seen better days, I'd suggest the owners put nice throws on the sofa to hide the wear and replace dated items like the breakfast bar chairs. There are some odd things in the apartment - like empty plant pots in the bathroom, these need throwing away or moving outside and planting. There are some things on the balcony that need throwing away. There isn't a guest book that tells you anything about the apartment rules or building rules or anything to do in the area, this should be provided. The apartment furnishings are dated in some places, and the ceiling tiles in the maids room are falling down and the lights flickering. There isn't enough cleaning products in the apartment. There are alot of ornaments in the apartment which could be reduced to give guests space. The mirror by the door as you walk in isn't hung up, just sat on the floor, it needs hanging up or removing, this applies to other items too. A water cooler would be a nice addition. There is alot of road noise in the bedrooms. The AC grilles need cleaning, there is dust and grime build up. The apartment block building itself is dated with maintenance issues. I'd say for the money I paid, this is a 3/5 as it wasn't a cheap (around 816 dirhams per night). If the issues are sorted, or the price is lower then it could be a 4/5 because of its size and availabile facilities.
