Отдыхали двумя семьями, очень удобно, что это две квартиры в одном кармане. Есть стиралка, необходимая посуда. Удачное месторасположение, есть где припарковаться и недалеко от центра.

Квартира стала идеальным вариантом для нашей большой семьи. В ней есть все необходимое. Также нам понравилось расположение квартиры с овсем недалеко от центра города. можно дойти пешком до главных достопримечательностей. Особенно хочется отметить персонал. Нам всегда отвечали очень быстро на любые вопросы, были готовы помочь и очень радушно нас встретили.

The facility was perfect, kitchen appliances, cleaning supplies, washing machine, Drying Rack, Iron with iron table, microwave and mini fridge was all provided. Flat Screen LED TV With Netflix, Youtube .... etc was included free of Charge. Free WIFI provided in each flat Seprately. Extra Duvet, bed sheets, Towels was provided. Playground was infront of building, very safe area. grocery store was cross the road, bakeries, restaurants and shops minutes away. Not very far from Republic square and the cascade complex and most of the attrractions and shopping malls withing 10 - 15 minutes away. definitely will comeback to this place in my next stay in yerevan.
The sofabed was little bit stained could use some cleaning.
