המיקום מעולה. 2 דקות ממרכז העיר. הדירה מרוהטת מודרני ולטעמינו. ממוקמת בבניין משופץ עם מעלית. נקיה. עברה שיפוץ לאחרונה ונראית במצב ממש טוב. פונקציונלית יש בה את כל מה שצריך.
אחת מהמקלחות נראית מדהימה אבל לא באמת שימושית כי האסלה נמצאת ממש מתחת לזרם המקלחת. התקשורת עם חברת הניהול (בעל הדירה לא מטפל בדירה אלא חברת ניהול) מאוד בעייתי. הגענו לדירה בשבע בערב, וגילינו שהדלת לבניין נעולה. לא ידענו איך להכנס ומהיכן לקבל מפתח. (למעשה חברת הניהול שלחה מייל בעניין אך לא מצאנו את המייל). התקשרנו למספר הטלפון והיה מענה אוטומטי שאין שירות לאחר השעה חמש אחה"צ. נשארנו תקועים ברחוב למשך כשעה עד שבאמצעות שכנים הצלחנו לאתר את בעלי הדירה האמיתיים, שלא ממש יכלו לעזור לנו כי לא היה להם מפתח, וגם להם חברת הניהול לא ענתה. בקיצור היתה לנו חוויה לא נעימה. היתה גם סתימה במקלחת והמים ירדו לאט. ההנחיות לחיבור לWIFI לא היו רלוונטיות.

Emplacement très central. Proche tout à pied. Supermarché juste en face. Grand appartement lumineux au 5ème étage. Grande pièce salon cuisine ouverte très agréable. 3 vraies chambres. Lits confortables. Arrivée facile et personnel disponible. Très bonne option à Sofia pour nos 4 nuits.
- les VMC dans la petite salle de bains d'une chambre et dans les toilettes séparés ne fonctionnaient pas avec pour conséquence des mauvaises odeurs parfois.
