Not having the possibility to have fresh air flow. And no daylight.

Top location, perfectly aranged and functional apartment. It's my third time hiring it. The parking in the center is a big plus, too. Quiet and relaxing atmosphere in a secured building. Excellent communication with the host. Strongly recommend the place.

Spacious flat near everything. The kitchen got everything you need. The shower is huge and the toilet is inside which is helpful for cleaning it. Nice building. There is even a Lidl nearby (3 minutes walk).

There are no windows but that's not a big issue. The second night there was a horrible sewer smell but in Sofia is kinda normal. The flat is kinda dark ( more powerful bulbs would be nice) There are 2 TVs but they are not smart TVs so useless if you don't speak Bulgarian..lol Saying that I would book again for sure.

Apartment's location was superb, being only a five-minute walk from the Serdika metro station and very close to the Banya Bashi Mosque (16th century) and the Serdika Archaeological ruins. The apartment itself was clean and offered the valuable perk of free parking, with the added flexibility of parking after check-out.

The primary reason for my "passable" rating was the malfunctioning air conditioning in the bedroom. This resulted in a very stuffy and uncomfortable environment due to the lack of ventilation. While the manager suggested the kitchen AC could suffice for the entire apartment, proved inadequate, barely cooling the kitchen even at 17 degrees. Consequently, I experienced significant sleep disruption. Poor soundproofing, with loud noise from neighbours until 4 am, was another significant issue. Given the lack of windows, the absence of an electric fan is a major oversight, as the apartment was uncomfortably warm even at 15 degrees. Just imagine staying here in hotter months. Owners really need to ensure that the ACs are operating at the optimum level. Finally, the toilet's placement directly within the shower cubicle was unhygienic.
