Die zentrale Lage, die Sauberkeit, die gute Küchenausstattung, die Größe der Unterkunft und die Qualität der Betten.
Die altersbedingte Hellhörigkeit des Gebäudes zu der Wohnung darüber und vom Hausflur. Dem bei gekippten Fenstern vernehmlichen Lärm nächtlicher Passanten von der Straße, konnten wir bei den gemäßigten Temperaturen mit geschlossenen Fenstern und Rolläden begegnen. Dafür kann der Vermieter allerdings nichts.

Die Wohnung ist liebe- und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Wohnung ist nahe des Stadtkerns gelegen und nicht weit von der Lahn entfernt. Der reservierte Parkplatz (ein paar Laufminuten entfernt) ist eine sehr gute Idee.
