Excellent apartment

Excellent apartment, very clean, about 15 mins on foot to the city centre. Very friendly owner, I typed the wrong code at the key-box, so he was very helpful for our check-in. I would definitely choose this apartment again.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Apartment Perla very much. It's a lovely flat, location was very good, the property was clean, tidy, comfy and warm. It had all the things you could need to prepare your own food and enjoy a relaxing break in beautiful Limburg and surroundings. The property owner was very helpful and answered my questions promptly and kindly. I can only recommend this property if you want to have a great experience in Limburg.

If you are staying longer than a week, a washing machine could be helpful. Also, there could be a Nachtruhezeit (night rest time) so other guests know that they need to be quiet between 22:00 and 06:00 as the sound from downstairs travels up to the second floor and that kept us awake one night.

A very cozy and well-lighted apartment. Both the kitchen and bathroom are very clean and well-equipped. Walking for a few minutes, we got to the historical and romantic center.

The perfect choice

Perfect apartment in a very quiet area. Fully equipped, cozy, and clean. 800-1000m from the apartment large supermarket Kaufland, open till 22:00. It is very convenient. We definitely can recommend this apartment.

We were worried about the lack of an air conditioner, but actually, it wasn`t hot in the apartment during the evenings and nights. The apartment is not suited for disabled people because it has sloppy stairs access.

I really enjoyed my stay, and would highly recommend the apartment.

Host was very accommodating, very helpful with advice on where to eat out etc. came immediately to hand over the keys for the apartment.

My only negative experience, was the noisy people who were renting the apartment down stairs. Completely out of the host’s control.

the neighbors in the (rental) apartment downstairs were quite loud until midnight despite the house rules of being quiet after 22hrs

The perfect place for a quick overnight or an extended holiday.

The apartment was spotless and well equipped. Check-in went smoothly. We were met at the property, by the owner of the apartment, who graciously switched our room one one with a little more room so we’d be very comfortable. He was happy to direct us to the closest market. The apartment is conveniently located to a lot of sights, just a 10 minute walk to the Altstadt. It really was the perfect place for a respite after a long overseas flight.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in einem ruhigen Ort. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben uns da wohl gefüllt.

Schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich im 1sten Stock in eine sehr ruhige Lage. War gut ausgestattet und uns fehlte an nichts. Es gibt einen kleinen Balkon und einen Parkplatz vor der Tür inklusive. Sehr nette Gastgeber.

Eine tolle Woche.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Man war mit dem Fahrrad in ein paar Minuten in der Altstadt. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet und vor allem sehr sauber. Von Limburg aus konnten wir sehr schöne Radtouren nach Diez, Dietkirchen, Runkel, Weilburg unternehmen. Es war eine sehr schöne und erholsame Woche.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Wohnung. Alles auf neuestem Stand und ausreichend vorhanden. Wir haben bisher schon viele Fewo gemietet- das war wirklich die beste Wohnung. Wir haben uns schon vom ersten Moment an sehr wohl gefühlt. Ruhige Gegend und gute Schlüsselübergabe.

Sehr komfortabel eingerichtet,sehr sauber und Alls,was man braucht vorhanden.

Bei offenen Fenstern ist es etwas laut, wegen de Bundesstraße. Der Sonnenschirm könnte etwas größer sein. Sonst echt super im Apartment.

Fijn en schoon appartment

Heel mooi en schoon appartement. Alles was aanwezig en ook ruim. Fijne tv en je kan lekker buiten op het balkon zitten als je het boven appartement hebt. Dichtbij de snelweg. Dus de volgende ochtend konden we op tijd weer door.

We moesten met 4 personen in 1 kamer slapen. De uitklapbank maakte geluid bij het omdraaien. Dus 1 van ons heeft op de bank in de woonkamer geslapen. De kussens waren erg slap.

Außergewöhnlich

Die Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos und unkompliziert. Wir hatten netten telefonischen Kontakt mit Frau Maisel. Das Apartment Perla ist sehr gut ausgestattet und strahlt vor Sauberkeit. Liebevolle Details runden es ab. Hier steckt Herzblut drin. Es fehlt einfach an Nichts. Den Tag kann man wunderbar auf dem Balkon ausklingen lassen. Die Altstadt ist in wenigen Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen, eine Bushaltestelle gleich nebenan. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können uns nur ganz herzlich bedanken.
