Grosse schöne, ruhige, gut ausgestattete Einliegerwohnung im Untergeschoss (Hochkeller) mit teils überirdischen Fenstern und guten Lichtverhältnissen. Toilette und neues Bad mit Dusche räumlich getrennt, sehr praktisch bei Belegung mit mehreren Personen. Haustiere erlaubt.

Leider war der Backofen kaputt, und die Vormieter hatten die Spülmaschine nicht ausgeräumt, alte Brotkrümel lagen in der Ecke.
