A beautiful authentic appartement in the center of the old city

Beautifully restored authentic apartment perfectly located in the center of the old city. Parking nearby (3min walk) voor €7.50 /day. There are plenty of restaurants and a grocery shop at walking distance. Three flights of stairs take you to appartement 2 with a beautiful few of the square. It's more than just a place to stay it's an experience.

It was quite warm in the bedroom due to floor heating in the beautiful shower area, which is a part of the bedroom. Also, the ventilation system stayed on till late at night. Probably, the settings can be adjusted.

Fabulous apartment right in the middle of Limburg.

This is a fabulous place to stay. Great spacious living room with kitchen. Absolutely amazing waterfall walk in shower and comfortable bed. In warm weather we found the aircon was excellent. You can’t get more central in Limburg so a perfect base for exploring.

Not a negative but be aware that apartments are up a few flights of stairs.

Spacious, well equipped property in a beautiful historic building

Everything. A privilege to stay in this beautiful apartment overlooking the Kornmarkt in the heart of this historic town. Lovely comfortable bed, good shower. A very short walk to the station. Everything you need. Could have happily stayed for much longer and I hope to return one day.

The apartment was amazingly renovated with the beams as the main character. A really cozy vibe, the construction of the beams were mesmerizing. Really loved the spacious setting, everything in the apartment is convenient for a city-trip. The windows contained electronic shutters to keep the light out. Lovely how the apartment is in the city centre. The noice from the restaurants and parties are dureable, the volume of the music went out at a reasonable hour. Didn’t experience any nice disturbance. The host was really nice and the communication went smoothly. It was a great stay, would definitely recommend!

There were no curtains in the bathroom, not sure if the glass on the outside was tinted to secure privacy.

Everything! perfect location, beautiful cobbled streets to wander around bars and restaurants within walking distance… so friendly and owner so attentive. beautiful, clean, AMAZING large shower. only stayed one night but will definitely be back!

Central location in Limburg an der Lahn

Good central location, short walk from station. Large open plan apartment. Comfortable bed.

Kitchen area had no cooking facilities, not even a microwave, even though plates & cutlery were provided. Building work was still ongoing on 4 May, when it should have ended on 15 April.

Amazing to feel at home, right after 5 minutes.

Staying in a fairytale town, and sleeping in the most gorgeously and tastefully renovated 13th century fairytale house. That’s how staying at this new (yet ancient) property is. Great value for money, right in the town square. Highly, highly recommended. And I should know as a National Geographic travel writer. Enjoy!!

Super schönes Dachgeschoss Appartment. Gefühlvoll eingerichtet. Modern und Denkmalschutz toll kombiniert. Gut ausgestattet.

Nur an Milch und Shampoo/Duschgel muss man denken. Das ist aber klar - ist ja kein Hotel.

Wir waren das 3.Mal dort und es war wieder gut.

Die Lage ist sehr gut.

Wir hatten diesmal Appartment 2. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Die Gäste über uns waren ziemlich laut in der Nacht. Etwas weihnachtliche Deko wäre auch schön gewesen.

Außergewöhnliche Wohnung im schönsten Haus der Altstadt

Die Lage ist perfekt! Mitten in der Altstadt, in einem der schönsten Häuser. Bäckerei ist direkt neben dem Haus. Aus dem Bett hat man sogar einen Blick auf den Dom. Die Wohnung ist riesig groß, neu renoviert und komfortabel eingerichtet. Die Abwicklung lief sehr gut über die Nachrichtenfunktion. Eine Handy Nr für den persönlichen Kontakt hätte es auch gegeben. Ich komme gerne wieder. Einen ganz kleinen Abzug gebe ich für den Bettbezug, den ich persönlich etwas kratzig fand und das Wohlfühlen etwas eingeschränkt hat. ABER das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau

Ein paar Kleinigkeiten bei der Ausstattung könnte man verbessern; z.B. eine Badezimmermatte vor der Dusche, ein abtropfgitter für das gespülte Geschirr.

Perfekt für einen Städtetrip

Die Wohnung liegt mitten in Limburg und ist Ideal für einen Städtetrip. Sie war absolut sauber und hochwertig eingerichtet.

Leider fehlt eine richtige Küche (Herd, Backofen oder zumindest Mikrowelle), wobei die auch nirgendwo erwähnt wird. Wir sind fälschlicherweise einfach davon ausgegangen, dass sie vorhanden ist. In so fern ist das kein Fehler des Vermieters. Dafür gab es eine Nespresso Maschine, Kapseln lagen ebenfalls bereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen, denn die Wohnung und die Lage sind hervorragend!

Het was erg warm binnen. Er was geen instructie over het uitzetten van de verwarming. De website toont foto’s van de bovenverdieping, wij zaten 1 verdieping lager, dus was het een ander appartement dan verwacht. Het was overigens ook prima!! Heel ruim en mooi ingericht.

Perfekt für Kurzurlaub

Eine schöne liebevoll sanierte Unterkunft in zentralen Lage, mitten in der Altstadt. Man wird von den Domglocken sanft geweckt. Um das Haus herum sind tolle Cafés, Gaststätten und Geschäfte. Trotzdem ist es herrlich ruhig.

Wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Hochwertige Ausstattung. Das Bad ist total klasse!

Die Kopfkissen sind schlimm! 80 x 80 mit viel zu weicher Kunstfaserfüllung. Man knäuelt das Kissen irgendwie zusammen und wacht verschwitzt und völlig verspannt auf.

Kurztrip nach Limburg

Wir hatten Appartement 3 direkt unterm Dach, mut srhr viel Platz. Sehr toll die offenen Balken (ok...mein Freund musste den Kopf einziehen). Kleine Küche vorhanden, großes Sofa, das Bett ausreichend groß zu zweit. Mir war die Matratze zu weich, mein Freund fand sie perfekt. Tolle Lage mitten in der Fußgängerzone. Tolles großes Bad. Alles sehr modern und wertig.

Tolle Wohnung in historischer Umgebung nah zum Bahnhof.

Der goldene Löwe liegt an der Kopfseite des Kornmarkt sehr zentral in der Altstadt. Das historische Gebäude und die großzügige Wohnung mit Schlafzimmer sind liebevoll und schön restauriert. Das Apartment 1 liegt im 2.Stock (Wohnung 2 u. 3. liegen jeweils noch 1 Etage höher) und ist nur über eine Treppe zu erreichen. Das Wohnzimmer, mit schönem Holzdielenboden, ist mit einer Spüle und Arbeitsplatte mit Unterschrank ausgestattet. Für die Zubereitung von Speisen ist eine Microwelle, ein Elektrotischgrill, Toaster, Wasserkocher und eine Nespresso Kapselmaschine (Kapseln wurden nachgereicht) sowie Geschirr und ein paar Gewürze vorhanden. Der Vermieter hat zeitnah unsere Anfragen beantwortet.

Der Absatz von der Diele ins Schlafzimmer ist schlecht zu erkennen. Das Bett könnte etwas breiter sein.(aktuell ca. 160cm)

Zentraler geht's nicht

Wunderschöne Wohnung, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, in einem charmanten Fachwerkhaus mitten in der Stadt. Sehr sauber, einfache Schlüsselübergabe, nette und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern. Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer, die an heißen Tagen sehr angenehm ist.

Wirklich nur eine Kleinigkeit: Apartment 2 hat lediglich den kleinen Kosmetik-Mülleimer im Badezimmer. Ein 2. Eimerchen am Küchenblock wäre ganz nett. :-) Auch wenn die Küchen der Apartments eher Kitchenetten ohne Herd sind. Das heißt, soooooo viel Abfall wie z.B. wenn man richtig Kochen würde, hat man natürlich nicht, aber mal eine Chipstüte oder eine Kaffeekapsel zu entsorgen und dafür nicht ins Bad laufen zu müssen, wäre praktisch. :-)

Topaccommodatie voor een zeer goede prijs.

Top locatie aan een gezellig pleintje. Accommodatie is perfect gerenoveerd en van vele gemakken voorzien zoals o.a. airco en een prachtige badkamer. Er is geen geluidsoverlast van buiten. Eetgelegenheden zijn er in overvloed.

Het topmatras was erg vuil (veel vlekken). Is aan vervanging toe. Ook zat er alleen maar een dun hoeslakentje om het topmatras. Een kleine magnetron zou een fijne aanvulling zijn in het keukentje.

Sehr großes Appartment im Dachgeschoss eines historischen Hauses. Durch das Zimmer ziehen sich freigelegte Deckenbalken. Durch die historischen Fenster hat man Blick über die Altstadt. Luxuröses Badezimmer!
