The location is really good. The property is located on a one-way street and car need to make a huge loop to get to the property. Once you are there and get to know the neighborhood, it is really conveniently located (The specific street may seem a bit run down).
The apartment is modern and very thoughtfully designed (love the various skylights thought out the apartment). The little patio was very relaxing and great for reading and breakfast. Everything is first class except for the couch (A bit not on par with the rest of the furniture). I noted little mole around the master bedroom sink that needed to be taking care of and there were ants at the entrance of the apartment (repellent spray was under the sink). The owner is very thoughtful and provided every little, things that are needed (paper towels, tissues, garbage bags, laudry detergent, etc). Overall, a very enjoyable stay
