Friendly staff, very clean, good location - but you have to be fit of you are walking as up very high in the area near major vantage point. Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice.
Bathroom door very flimsy and didn't close properly. In general noise levels quite high if anyone walking around or on the steps outside.

The location is incredible! Right at the most beautiful miradouro in Lisbon and also near Alfama which is fab. Lots of restaurants near, too. Tings has a beautiful big garden and the breakfast was fab!! I loved our multiple balcony/ gardens and the whole apartment was spotless. Staff were friendly - it was our honeymoon and they left us bubbly which was very sweet.
Only small complaint is that the bedroom space was a bit small for x 2 big suitcases. Might be worth making the rack that you could fit one on a double rack but to be honest the apartment was so big in general so hard to complain at all!

The staff was extra friendly and helpful. The room was clean and there is a nice backyard to the building.
The room was bare and felt too sterile in an ascetic way. On top of that, the construction next door was incredibly noisy all day. The hotel sits on top of a hill so expect many stairs through a rough neighborhood.

Fantastic. This is such a beautiful place to stay. The people here were so enthusiastic and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The room was perfect, breakfast was excellent and so nice to be able to sit in the garden for breakfast. Just a great place to stay. Loved the two resident cats.
