Loved the room and separated bathroom. Very clean. Plenty of linens, blankets, towels, cups etc. Security systems are good and gives a peace of mind. Check in/out process was convenient.
Too many stairs all the way to 4th floor and no help with luggage to carry it up by staff. The luggage storage was downstairs but I was told it's only available after 11 am, even though I paid 20 euros on a third party app to have it saved at the same spot at 9 am. The shower puddles, lots of blockage. No waiting are before checking in, we were abandoned on the street with 3 kids for 2 plus hours in the rain.

Good location, close to commercial area and plaza. Easy access to bus stop, subway and various shopping places and restaurants.
No soap or hand wash cleanser. Toilet clogged without any reason. Toilet paper was thrown in the trash bag, not flushed, but toilet still clogged. Shower water drained slowly.
