Gostei tudo dentro do quarto, casa de banho limpa mesmo sendo compartilhada, recomendo !
A parte que não gostei, é que a rua é bem agitada, não dá pra estacionar. Tivemos que deixar o carro bem longe neste dia.

Easy communication with staff via WhatsApp even before arriving, they sent access codes for building, flat and room. Room is basic but fine and clean, bathroom is clean and there's also a kitchen that can be used. Good value for the money. Area may be noisy, but I never felt unsafe; there are immigrants but they never bother people passing by. And there are mini markets open till very late.
4th floor without elevator is not for everyone 😁

The place itself is "passable" , comfortable and clean.
The road where it is located is very daunting. It felt like I was in Delhi. The noise was absurd until late hours.
