Quiet neighborhood with great walkability to Athen's Local restaurants, coffee shops, cocktail & wine bars of Normaltown, Prince Avenue & Boulevard's New Town. Only a couple of miles to UGA campus and Athens Downtown. Walking distance to UGA Health Sciences & Piedmont Hospital.
