Laid back, quiet studio right next to Venice island. Less than 5 minutes from the beach. Studio is fully equipped with a queen bed, large smart TV, couch, TV trays for eating, a full kitchen/bathroom, a grill outside, and a washer/dryer.

Overall stay was nice just had a plumbing issue but it got fixed right away.

We werent sure what to expect and we were pleasantly surprised at how clean it was. It was just oerfect for the two of us. My husband enjoyed the wicker love seat on the front porch area. Nice location. Not far from the Venice Beach area. There was also a nuce little resraurant within walking distance. We will definitly come back. Very reasonably priced. Thank you to our host, Bishop.

I loved staying here and I would definitely return. The property is very well-kept, the laundry is convenient and clean, and the property managers/landlords are incredibly nice and friendly.

Bishop let us check in early, and the place was sparkling clean, and had all the things we needed for our long weekend.
If you're looking for a clean, quiet, and private place in a good location, then this is for you. When we come into town again, we will definitely see if this one is available again.
