The Gulf Palm is a mid-term/long-term rental.
The Gulf Palm is the ultimate relaxation pad. Situated in a private nook on the island of Venice, directly across the street from Prentiss French Park, your vacation comes with all the pleasures of tropical beach living.
Conveniently situated in the heart of the Island, the minute you arrive in the neighborhood it feels like a different world.
You're within short walking distance to Old Town for plenteous shopping, dining, or any other amusement to indulge in.
5 blocks away you will reach the shores of Venice Beach. Most tourists use the main beach entrance where free yoga classes are offered every morning and evening. If you'd like a more local beach experience, just ask us.
The unit has been outfitted with new floors, updated appliances, a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom, and the furniture is in great condition. The interior décor was thoughtfully planned to keep the living space bright and up-lifting.
Icy-cold A/C, new plumbing and electrical throughout, an HD security camera system and fiber optic wireless internet.
Included in your stay are bicycles along with beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs, and a grill with extra propane tanks on-site. Enjoy a cup of coffee (Keurig machine provided) while you watch the sunrise from the flex room.

*Sharky's Pier is a short 4-minute drive.
*531 Manatee is very comfortable for 2-4 persons. The bedroom are fitted with queen-size beds. A full-size washer/dryer is conveniently located in the main bath which has been remodeled, includes a step-in shower.
*The Kitchen has quartz counter-tops and is fully equipped with a Keurig Duo (k-cup & ground) coffee maker, microwave, garbage disposal, dishes and utensils. The dining area has seating for four, and outside is a Weber propane gas grill.
*Basic utilities (electric, water, & trash) and high speed fiber-optic WiFi are included for stays shorter than 3-months.
*Security cameras throughout the property for optimum security, keyless entry and private, off-street 2-car parking, right up to your front door, all at ground level.
*The outdoor deck boxes are full of beach chairs, umbrellas and other beach gear.

In the heart of downtown Venice this duplex is a perfect location for dining, shopping, and beaching! The house was well stocked with supplies in a quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Venice Beach!

We booked our stay here because of location/access to the wedding party. It was nice to be close…very close to all the activities that had been scheduled. The place was very clean and equipped/child proofed with everything that you could ever imagine for children and adults. When I arrived I was very excited to see the aesthetics and the decor were on point. The beach accessories and chairs were an amazing touch as most people cannot fly with such luxuries. Management was also very easy to communicate with. If I could suggest one thing it would be to provide hair dryers in the bathrooms. I never travel with one because they can be bulky but in this case I never asked to see if they provided one so that’s my fault. We will for sure be booking again!

This home was perfect for our needs and it was meticulously maintained. We appreciated having bikes, clean beach chairs, and abundance of fresh towels. New dishes, nice silverware and glassware were a welcome addition to the beautiful kitchen. Ziploc bags, paper towels, kitchen detergent, foil, and laundry detergent were all provided and very useful for someone who was only staying for a week. Although we did not get to use the backyard, the chairs and setting looked delightful. We loved walking to town and the beach from this amazing home. We look forward to renting this clean and comfortable home again.
