A 3bed/2bath/2 car garage single story home (split bedroom plan) only 8 houses from the beach (a 2 min walk down the street) and within walking distance to wonderful downtown Venice, filled with unique shops, restaurants, and many events taking place year-round. This is a MONTHLY rental. The home is nicely furnished. There is a grill. Pets allowed. No pool. No Smoking inside the house. Location, layout, proximity to beach & downtown excellent! We totally loved itOnly downside would be possible upgrade of beds, & lanai ( no doubt from hurricane) Communication & host were excellent & couldn’t have been better! Wonderful vacation!!
